Maybe you have some questions that were not answered in the interview, we are happy to take these to the Client to gain the answers for you.
-
Maybe after the interview you have changed your mind or its not the role you were quite looking for - this helps us when sending your application to other clients on your behalf.

Remember we are here to help you.
Here are some common questions asked by candidates

How long will it take me to get a new job?
To be honest how long is a piece of string? -there is no answer to this but it very much depends on your skill set, location, salary expectations, flexibility if you drive and qualifications.
Sometimes also it can take a while for a client to come back to us with their feedback not because they are not interested but because of the diary management. Rest assured we do all we can to assist and nurture where it is required.

I was looking for a higher salary than what was offered?
Clients will offer a salary in line with their company structure and your skill set, not all companies have huge budgets for salaries but are able to offer training or flexible hours as part of a package. We understand that you are looking for as much as you can earn but remember to look at the other elements too;

Is there room for progression?
Will there be a pay rise after probation is completed?
Do I get added training?
Use of the company vehicle?

Look at all parts of a package and the possibilities before turning down a role based on the salary.

I don't have all the skills required on the job spec?
Not all candidates will tick all the box's, but what is more important is the willingness to learn and have the right attitude. When submitting your application to a client we will explain that you may not have experience, but you have the adaptability and drive. You can teach anyone anything but what you cannot give them is a personality. With the right attitude and passion, clients are more than willing to teach candidates new skills.
